Your order specification

XBound works with business buyers on skateboard decks, complete boards and miniature boards. A website description or reference image does not replace the written specification for your order.

Confirm product dimensions, construction, graphics, component choices, packing and quantities in the quotation and agreed specification.

Samples and approval

Plain samples without graphics normally take about 3–5 days. Samples with printing or laser-decorated artwork normally take about 7–10 days. Confirm the scope and timing for your project; transit is additional.

Keep the approved sample version and any agreed changes with the order record. Changes after approval may require a revised sample, quotation or schedule.

Quotation, payment and delivery

Minimum quantities, pricing, sample charges, payment schedule, production timing and delivery terms are confirmed for the particular specification and order. This page does not set a universal MOQ, deposit percentage or delivery deadline.

Use the written order terms to confirm the delivery point, shipping arrangements and responsibilities before placing the order.

Artwork and use permissions

Only supply artwork, logos and designs you are authorised to use. Permission to manufacture an order does not by itself authorise public display of its artwork or customer branding.

Quality concerns

Send the order reference, the affected quantity and clear photographs when reporting a quality concern. The agreed specification, approved sample and written order terms provide the basis for review.
