Product development

Construction, shape, components and artwork define what the product needs to become. Sample review connects those requirements to its physical appearance and fit.

Production capability

Cold pressing, CNC machining, screen printing, heat transfer and UV printing support different product requirements. The chosen construction and finish determine the relevant route.

Quality responsibility

Start with the construction.

Veneers and auxiliary materials are checked before pressing. Cold pressing forms the deck layup; pressed blanks are checked before machining.

Make the shape repeatable.

CNC machining brings the outline and drilling into the production process. Checks after machining help identify shape and hole-position issues before finishing.

Prepare for your artwork.

Surface finishing and graphic application affect how the final product looks. Screen printing, heat transfer and UV printing offer different options for your design.

Inspection findings, any agreed resolution and the packing reference belong with the order before shipment. These details also support later receiving and replenishment.

Sample feedback is useful when it identifies the version and the feature to change. Keep the selected board, graphic revision and packing requirements together as the production brief develops.

Materials, sampled dimensions, finished appearance and packing each answer a different question. Raise any market-specific testing or documentation needs while the specification is being developed.
