01. Veneer Peeling & Grading
We peel genuine Acer Saccharum (Canadian Hard Rock Maple) to exact 1-1.5mm thickness. Our masters hand-grade every veneer into Face, Core, and Cross-band plies, setting aside premium pieces for vibrant dyed color layers.
02. 72-Hour Equilibration
Never press wet wood. Before any glue is applied, raw veneers rest in climate-controlled chambers to lock the Moisture Content (MC) dead at 6%-8%. WHY? Because this completely engineers out the risk of your boards warping or "potato chipping" later.
03. True Epoxy Layup
Veneers pass through precision glue spreaders. We exclusively use structural 2-Part Epoxy, hand-laid in a strict 7-ply cross-banding matrix (Long-Cross-Long-Long-Cross-Long-Long) to maximize torsional stiffness and pop.
04. 1000-Ton Cold Pressing
Locked in solid aluminum molds under massive hydraulic pressure. We strictly utilize extended cold-press dwell times. This slowly forces the epoxy deep into the maple pores without baking the life out of the wood fibers.
05. Curing & Stress Release
Once removed from the press, the raw rectangular blanks sit in the curing zone. This vital resting period allows the chemical cross-linking to finalize and kills all internal stress. Your boards will never lose their shape.
06. Wheelbase Anchor Drilling
Before cutting the shape, our machines drill the 8 truck holes directly into the square blank. WHY? These holes become the absolute anchor points for the CNC router, ensuring your wheelbase is perfectly centered with zero geometrical drift.
07. CNC Outline Routing
Anchored securely by the truck holes, our 15-spindle CNC matrix carves your specific popsicle or retro shape. We maintain a brutal 0.2mm tolerance. Absolute symmetry, zero speed wobbles.
08. Edge Profiling (Rounding)
The straight-cut CNC edges are passed through precision router bits to create smooth, rounded rails. This structural radius prevents premature edge splintering when your skaters inevitably hit the concrete.
09. Multi-Stage Hand Sanding
Machines provide precision; human hands provide the soul. Master craftsmen meticulously hand-sand the top, bottom, rails, and wheel wells. We guarantee a flawless, baby-smooth finish that provides the ultimate "flick" for flip tricks.
10. Climate-Sealing Clear Coat
Every deck is sealed with an eco-friendly polyurethane base coat. This impenetrable armor seals the wood pores completely, protecting your deck's moisture equilibrium against the harsh humidity of ocean freight containers.
11. Real-Wear™ Graphic Curing
Your artwork is applied via high-fidelity Plastisol Heat Transfers or UV direct print. The ink bonds with the sealed wood. When your customers grind a rail, they get authentic powdery abrasion--never cheap sheet flaking.
12. Turnkey Assembly (For Completes)
For clients ordering full Completes, our technicians take over. We meticulously apply premium grip tape, precisely torque the heavy-duty trucks, and press the high-speed bearings into the polyurethane wheels. Ready to drop in, straight out of the box.
13. The Final QC Audit
No deck leaves our iron matrix unchecked. Our QC inspection team utilizes digital calipers to verify the 0.2mm wheelbase tolerance, checks the concave depth, and strictly audits the UV graphic alignment. If it has a microscopic flaw, it goes into the shredder.
12. Retail-Ready Shrink Wrap & QC
Surviving ocean freight requires armor. Every single board or complete is individually sealed in heavy-duty shrink wrap. We meticulously apply your custom retail SKUs and UPC barcodes. Your warehouse staff won't have to lift a finger—just scan and sell.
15. Ocean-Proof Packing & DDP Dispatch
Your goods are locked into 5-layer heavy-duty corrugated cartons, reinforced with hard plastic corner protectors to survive the Pacific swell. We handle the container loading, the Lacey Act paperwork, and the CBP customs clearance. 51 days later, the truck backs into your LA dock.
