Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using XBound Play's services. These terms govern your relationship with us as a skateboard manufacturer and supplier.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using XBound Play's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
XBound Play is a professional skateboard manufacturer with 25 years of OEM/ODM production experience, serving distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and gaming merchandise companies globally.
2. Description of Services
XBound Play provides comprehensive skateboard manufacturing services including:
- Custom skateboard design and manufacturing
- OEM/ODM production services
- Finger skateboard and palm skateboard production
- Graphic design and printing services
- Quality testing and inspection
- Global shipping and logistics support
Our minimum order quantities are 50 sets for adult skateboards and 100 sets for finger/palm skateboards.
3. Orders and Payment Terms
All orders are subject to acceptance by XBound Play. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Payment Structure:
- Sample fee: $30 USD (48-hour delivery)
- Deposit: 30-50% upon order confirmation
- Balance: Before shipment
- Payment methods: T/T, PayPal, or other agreed methods
Production timeline is typically within 3 weeks for standard orders. Rush orders may incur additional fees.
4. Quality Assurance and Warranty
XBound Play maintains strict quality control standards with our comprehensive inspection process:
Manufacturing Quality

Quality Control
- • 10+ years experienced QC staff
- • Multi-stage inspection process
- • Strength and durability testing
We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery date. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from skateboarding activities.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Customers retain full ownership of their original designs, logos, and graphics provided for manufacturing. XBound Play will not reproduce or use customer designs for other clients without explicit written permission.
Customers must ensure they have the right to use all designs, trademarks, and copyrighted materials provided for manufacturing. XBound Play is not responsible for intellectual property infringement claims arising from customer-provided designs.
6. Limitation of Liability
XBound Play's liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products. We are not liable for:
- Injuries or damages resulting from skateboard use
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Delays in shipping beyond our control
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.
7. Shipping and Risk Transfer
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. XBound Play is not responsible for damages or losses during shipping unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
All products are packaged according to safe transportation standards. Customers should inspect shipments upon receipt and report any damages within 7 days.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or our business relationship shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
