Factory established, initially focused on 7-layer Canadian maple skateboards and northeastern Chinese maple board materials.
Equipment Upgrade
First introduction of 1000-ton large hydraulic cold press automated equipment, maintaining wood elasticity and increasing product lifespan, significantly improving capacity and quality.
Technology Enhancement
Comprehensive printing technology including screen printing, heat transfer, UV transfer, combined with CNC machines for precise outline cutting, accurate hole positioning, and absolute wheelbase accuracy.
R&D Department
Established R&D department providing customized graphic and structural design services for clients, added 3 custom production lines and strict quality control processes.
Production Milestone
Annual production exceeded 500,000 units, with products sold to North America, Europe, Asia and many other countries and regions.
