02 // MATERIAL & COLD PRESSING[ XBOUND / BUILD TO A BRIEF ]

The build starts with material and shape.

Specify veneer species, ply count and layer orientation with the mold and concave. The pressed blank is the reference for the outline and edge work that follow.

01 /

Veneer preparation

Confirm the proposed wood construction and material condition before pressing.

02 /

Mold & cold pressing

Match the pressed profile to the selected concave, nose and tail reference.

03 /

Physical sample

Review the formed profile before carrying the agreed version into bulk production.

03 // GEOMETRY & SURFACE CONTROL[ XBOUND / BUILD TO A BRIEF ]

Check the details on the actual deck.

Outline, mounting holes and edge finish need to agree with one build reference. Name the dimensions and acceptance points your sample must answer.

01 // GEOMETRY / OUTLINE

CNC outline & shape

Compare the cut outline, wheelbase and mounting pattern with the drawing or reference board.

02 // MOUNTING / EDGE

Hole position & edge finish

Review truck mounting, edge radius and sanding on the selected sample.

03 // SURFACE / FINISH

Surface ready for graphics

Review sanding, sealing and coating around the intended graphic method.

04 // ARTWORK & SAMPLE REVIEW[ XBOUND / BUILD TO A BRIEF ]

Approve the graphic on a physical board.

Use the deck outline, bleed and hole clearance to prepare the artwork. Heat transfer, screen printing and other finishes are reviewed against the chosen surface and sample. Plain samples normally take about 3–5 days; printed or laser-decorated samples about 7–10 days. Confirm scope and timing; transit is additional.

05 // BATCH & DISPATCH[ XBOUND / BUILD TO A BRIEF ]

Carry the approved version into the order.

Set the inspection scope, variant quantities and export packing before dispatch. Keep repeat-order changes attached to the approved construction and sample.

01 /

Batch identity

Record the model, size, graphic version and quantity in each order line.

02 /

Inspection scope

Agree dimensional, surface and performance checks for the product and market.

03 /

Export packing

Confirm protection, carton quantities, labels and pallet requirements with the destination.
